"Taelor is the most skilled, caring RMT you will have the pleasure of being massaged by. They provide a safe, affirming space that will make everyone feel welcome and cared for."

My Approach
The health and wellness world is full of oppressive norms and assumptions about what bodies should look like and how they should move and function.

My practice strives to be anti-oppressive, affirming, and inclusive of all bodies and identities. I continually aim to create a space that is grief and trauma informed, anti-racist, and challenges fat-phobia, transphobia, homophobia, and ableism.

This means that:
You are the expert of your own body & life story

I will always respect your boundaries
I will not make assumptions about your body or life experiences

I will respect and use the language you use to talk about yourself, your identities, and body parts

I will never discuss diet culture, nutrition, or impose an exercise regime

Free street parking is available directly outside of the building. 2-3 hour parking is also available in the surrounding community. Please note, the parking lot behind the building is only for other tenants and is strictly enforced (you will be towed).

I live and work in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations). "Calgary" is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III. Appreciation and respect to the land that we live and work on is one small step towards ongoing reconciliation and decolonization.
