"Taelor is the most skilled, caring RMT you will have the pleasure of being massaged by. They provide a safe, affirming space that will make everyone feel welcome and cared for."
- H. M.
Welcome!
I'm Tae (they/she).

I want to create a space where you can put down what feels heavy and finally receive the respect and care that you deserve.

what makes my practice different:
I want to know what you need. Tell me exactly where the knot in your back is. Prefer to have a fully clothed massage? You got it. Want to listen to an audiobook or tv show during your treatment? I'm game. Experiencing tidal waves of grief? I deeply understand and will do my best to honour your needs.
In my practice, BIPOC, queer, trans, and fat bodies are welcomed & celebrated. Bring your neurospicy self and let's work together to find a treatment that meets you where you're at.
Sessions move at your pace, consent is always ongoing & your comfort comes first.

If you feel nervous about massage therapy, want to feel respected and at ease, or haven't always felt comfortable in healthcare settings, I would love to chat with you to discuss how I can help create a space that feels good to you.

I live and work in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations). "Calgary" is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III. Appreciation and respect to the land that we live and work on is one small step towards ongoing reconciliation and decolonization.
